The college administration functions primarily through a decentralized structure to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities are distributed vertically and horizontally, with numerous committees for academic and extension programs comprising representatives from management, staff, and students. Suggestions and proposals undergo comprehensive discussions, consultations, and evaluations within the hierarchical structure, ultimately gaining approval from the Governing Body. Periodical reviews monitor activity progress, and major changes are presented to the apex body through the Provincial Council at the Head Office in Chennai. Over the last five years, decentralization efforts have led to the introduction of new positions, including Vice-Principals for students' affairs in both shifts, Associate Deans for each shift alongside the Deans, and the appointment of trainers in the Physical Education Department.
