A code of professional conduct is a necessary component to any profession to maintain standards for the individuals within that profession to adhere. It brings about accountability, responsibility and trust to the individuals that the profession serves. The college practice and comply with the following rules and regulation:

• The recruitment, service, promotion, super annuation etc., are governed by the service rules of the UGC, the Thiruvalluvar University (A State University), AICTE, and the Government of Tamil Nadu, as promulgated from time to time. These rules are as under
• Service Rules for Teaching-staff - as per the UGC Norms Tamil Nadu Government Private colleges act ,1976.
• Service Rules for Non-teaching staff - as per the Government of Tamil Nadu Civil Service Rules


• The recruitment and promotion of staff are done strictly as per the rules and regulation of the UGC, New Delhi, the Government of Tamil Nadu, and as per the guidelines issued by the Thiruvalluvar University from time to time.
