The Department of Counselling Psychology along with Extension Education Services, and Counselling Centre hosted Psychology Exhibition, for the second consecutive year at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur.
The expo started on 24 th February 2020 morning, and extended till 25th February 2020 evening. Honourable Mr. Shivan Arul, District Collector of Tirupattur, inaugurated the Psych Expo 2020 and expressed his appreciation, to the college Administration and to the department of Counselling Psychology. He also highlighted the need of mental health education for the teachers, parents and students. More than 3000 students from Government, aided, private schools and various colleges benefited out of this exhibition. The college Secretary Rev. Dr. C. Antonyraj the Principal Rev. Dr. D. Maria Antony Raj, the Additional Principal Rev. Dr. K.A.Maria Arokiaraj and the Head of the Departments Rev. Dr. I. Joe Sanjay, Rev. Fr. S. Henry Daniel Ambrose and Miss. Latha Munusamy, faculty  members, Rev. Fr. Selvaraj and Rev. Sr. Anthonyammal graced the expo, and motivated the participants. Since the expo was appreciated very much by the participants, the department had decided to take this expo on wheels (Mobile Expo), to them in their own institutions in the near future.
