In order to increase the life coping skills and employment worthiness of the student the college conducts a number of skill oriented courses, they are done outside the class schedule. The staff for these courses is drawn both from our own college and from outside some of the courses are partially funded by UGC others are subsidized by the management to enable even the poorer students to profit by them.
There is an institute of carrier education and job placement in the college by name vazhikatti this institute runs the skill oriented courses in collaboration with all the departments.
