Five members from the Management as per the constitution, with the Provincial as the Chairman. |

| Functions |

| 1. |
Lay down services conditions, emoluments and traveling allowances for the teaching and non-teaching staff in the college (for management staff). |
| 2. |
Lay down procedure for selection/recruitment of teaching / non-teaching staff and to appoint the same in the college. |
| 3. |
Regulate and enforce discipline among members of teaching and non-teaching staff in accordance with the rules / procedure laid down in this regard. |
| 4. |
Invest any money belonging to the college in stocks, funds, shares or securities or in the purchase of immovable property. |
| 5. |
Transfer or accept transfer of any movable or immovable property of the college. |
| 6. |
Fix the fees and other charges payable by the students of the college on the recommendation of the Academic Council after obtaining advice of the Finance Committee. |
| 7. |
Entertain, adjudicate upon and if sought for, constitute a committee for advice to redress the grievance of the members of staff of the college. |

8.

Delegate administrative and financial powers to the Principal and other functionaries in the college for its smooth functioning. |
| 9. |
Institute scholarships, fellowships, studentships, medals, prizes and certificates on the recommendations of Academic Council. |
| 10. |
Accept endowments for specific purposes. |
| 11. |
Approve institution of new programmes of study leading to degrees and/or diplomas. |
| 12. |
Approve annual report of the college. |
| |
Perform such other functions and institute committees, as may be necessary and deemed fit for the proper development and to fulfill the objectives for which the college was established. |
