The Career Guidance and Placement Cell organized a BEST Training for the final year UG Programme on 18^th, 19^th and 20^th January, 2024 by Don Bosco Vazhikatti Team. About 790 students attended this training. The training proved to be highly effective in preparing the students for the career growth. During the first day, the orientation session by Placement Director Dr.T.Selvam, BEST team, Father Simmon, Mr.Leo Levin and other trainers explain about the program, its objectives,and the expected outcomes. The training helped the students to learn the corporate skills, core and professional skills,group discussion, and resume preparation, HR interaction and mock interview along with the activities in every equal interval as a key for success. On the last day, the students attended their mock interview. Overall, the training program provided a solid foundation for the students to execute the career successfully.
