The Career Guidance and Placement Cell, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Tirupattur had organized the “Personality Development and Employability Skill Training” for the final year UG and PG Programme 2023-24. The event was conducted for eight days on 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 11^th to 15^th December, 2023. About 230 students attended the training. The training proved to be highly effective in preparing the students for the career growth. During the first day, the orientation session was chaired by the placement officer.  The students were made to have a comprehensive understanding of the skill training program, its objectives, and the expected outcomes. The training helped them to learn the career guidance like employers qualities, industries expectations, college vs corporate, soft skill, public speaking, e-mail etiquette, telephone etiquette, grooming, body language, group discussion, resume writing, personal interview along with the activities in every equal interval as a key for success.
